We offer a comprehensive range of mechanical testing services to evaluate the strength and performance of materials under various loading conditions. Our capabilities support materials selection as well as process qualification. We offer tensile, bending, compression and hardness testing services. We can test to various ASTM standards, such as ASTM E8.
What we can offer
Tensile Testing
We provide tensile testing services for wide range of materials. We are equipped with the Testometric M500 with 50kN and 2.5kN load cells and also offer high-temperature testing to simulate operational environments. We also are equipped with an Epsilon Extensometer for these tests.
Bend Testing
We provide bend testing services for wide range of materials. We are equipped with the Testometric M500 with 50kN and 2.5kN load cells.
Compression Testing
We provide compression testing services for wide range of materials. We are equipped with the Testometric M500 with 50kN and 2.5kN load cells.
Hardness Testing
We offer hardness testing for a vast range of materials (metallic and non-metallic). We are capable of conducting Vickers, Rockwell or Brinell tests depending on your requirements.
We are equipped with the automatised Struers Durascan 50 Hardness Tester which is capable of line scans and specific point measurement. It is capable of 0.00025 – 30 kgf test load.
